Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to courses and programs offered by Continuing Education, the University of Utah Asia Campus.

1. Registration and Eligibility
Participants must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and registering for a course. Certain courses may have specific eligibility requirements or prerequisites.

2. Course Registration and Payment
Registration is confirmed upon completion of the registration process and payment of the applicable tuition. Enrollment may be limited and is available on a first-come, first-served basis unless otherwise specified.

3. Course Changes and Cancellations
Continuing Education reserves the right to modify course schedules, instructors, locations, or delivery formats when necessary. A course may be canceled due to insufficient enrollment or other circumstances. Participants will be notified of significant changes.

4. Tuition Refunds
Tuition refunds are processed in accordance with the Tuition Refund Policy and applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of Korea.

5. Participant Responsibilities
Participants are expected to follow course guidelines, respect instructors and fellow participants, and refrain from behavior that disrupts the learning environment. Continuing Education reserves the right to withdraw a participant from a course in cases of serious or repeated disruptive behavior. Any applicable tuition refund will be processed in accordance with the Tuition Refund Policy.

6. Course Materials
Course materials are provided for participants' personal educational use. Materials may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without authorization.

7. Program Administration
Continuing Education may establish additional requirements or guidelines for individual courses when reasonably necessary for program administration and operation.

8. Agreement
By registering for a course, participants acknowledge that they have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and the Tuition Refund Policy.
